Group: Global SN Project
Griffin Hosseinzadeh, Daichi Hiramatsu, Craig Pellegrino, D. Andrew Howell report/s a classification of object: SN 2022qzr
Type: SN IIbRedshift: 0.018705
Remarks: Using SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024), we find a good fit to the Type IIb SN 2003bg 17 days before maximum light at a redshift consistent with that of the host galaxy (z=0.018705; SDSS DR13). Strong broad hydrogen and helium P Cygni lines, as well as the rapid light curve evolution, give further support to the Type IIb classification.
The following Classification spectrum was provided:
Obsdate: 2022-08-13 04:50:10
