Remarks: We classify 2026hir based on a Bok B&C spectrum taken on 2026 April 10 (~17 days after the EP trigger). We ran SNID-SAGE and found the top 10 closest matches are TDEs (closest match is TDE 2018fyk) at redshift 0.088, consistent with the redshift reported in AstroNote 2026-87. The classification is primarily based on the broad HeII feature at 4685 angstroms (rest wavelength), consistent with the line reported in AstroNote 2026-93.
